The dream that isn't
It looks like our dream house is done. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, present house hasn't sold yet. I thought I would show you pictures of our perfect new house that may not every be...anyway...it's all good....*sigh*
Beautiful Danielle! Best of luck selling your current house! A lot of people out here are doing the rental option because their houses just won't sell, and they can't afford a double mortgage. I don't know if that is an option for you, but it may be worth looking into!
I "let go" of my house and thought it immediately sold. That deal fell through and I saw it on MLS again AND they were running a special on it (less than I was contracted for). Are you off the contingency yet? How long are you going to keep the current house on the market? How far are you from State? March is big timing for interns, grad students to buy. Chilc calls....
I was going to say exactly what Emily Jade said. Have you considered renting the home you're in. Having a rental is such a great investment. Please email or call me if you'd like to discuss this possibility further. I knew nothing about renting until we jumped in a few years back . . . I'd be glad to teach you everything I've learned.
