Watching the Weight

I started weight watchers a week ago, and for the time being, I have enjoying counting points! I found a bunch of yummy recipes to curb my sweet tooth while staying safely within my point range. One of the most interesting has been Brownies, skip the oil and eggs and add black beans and water…don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!

Another favorite are these Czech Crepes…only 1 point each! Yummm! Does anyone have any great weight watcher tips or advice for me?

I did weight watchers when Eian was first born and I really liked it. In fact, after hearing you talk about those brownies, I am thinking about trying it again!

What are those crepes made of? They look really good! Did you join a weight watchers group or are you doing it online or what? Just curious because I looked into it too not long ago, but I looked into it online and it seemed really expensive to join. Maybe I looked at the wrong thing. Hope all is going well with it!

I used WW online last summer to lose my baby weight (my "baby" is now 4 ... lol!) Definitely worth the investment ...

My absolute favorite meal is Thai Rice with Pineapple. There are a few others I can recommend, but I have to go find my printouts. When I do, I'll get a copy to you at church.
