Isabelle is our family word-smith with all of her funny sayings and pithy replies, but Grace is our family sunshine. She's starting to talk more and respond more. She is oh so sweet! Most kids around her age say a lot of "No." in response to whatever you ask them. Grace says, "Alright" or "Ya" to almost everything. She is so agreeable and fun. She constantly comes up to Conrad and I and wraps her arms tight around our legs and says, "Yuv you. Yuv you. Yuv you" She also calls us "Mommy Daddy" most all the time. When she's in despair she can choose a name and call out, but usally she just calls both of us, "Mommy Daddy" I guess she figures she's covering all of her basis.
She's a pro at making most all animal sounds and she does not like it when Conrad and I kiss. She feels left out and will screech, say, "No, no, stop." and come running up to us and get in between so she can get in on the kissing action.
UPDATE: I wrote this a couple of days ago, but you might be happy to know that Grace had her first real honest to goodness hissy fit last night. Over ice cream. She screeched and cried like someone stole her mama. And she got so mad at her Daddy, she made herself throw up in her bed. Yes. She definatley did it on purpose. We've been suspecting for sometime that she can throw up on demand, and I think it's now confirmed. Don't want to sleep...throw up, it buys you an extra 20 - 30 minutes as mommy and daddy run around cleaning everything up. Let the games begin!

don't be saying things about my baby girl that are not true i know how perfect they both are,i love and miss them granny
Vomiting in protest... sounds like something Ghandi would do (so Gracie's in good company). Abe gets jealous when Mark and I kiss too. "kess" he says... so cute. BTW we got a hand me down copy of "Moo Baa La-La-La" so maybe Sam & Grace can converse in animalese. :)
Grace certainly is developing quite the personality. I'm thinking she is going to give you a run for your money; she will keep you on your toes.
Can't wait to see all of you on Friday. Love to all.
