But last night I found myself waxing philosophical while watching my new favorite tv show, Real Housewives of NYC. I find it fascinating that this group of women can make such federal cases out of nothing at all. And the sheer amount of money they can spend on clothes, “charity events”, and coaches and trainers….geeze. But since I am the one with the remote control, I can’t throw too many stones, now can I?
Since we are on the topic of television, I’m not a huge fan of Survivor, but I recently got wind of an old friend who is on Survivor Micronesia!? Natalie Bolton, who holds the record for any Maniac being on consecutive Teen Mania trips with me…we both were in Venezuala 90, Costa Rica 91, and then again Chile 92, and then again in Hong Kong 97 I think… She is now apparently the most boring cast member EVER on Survivor. Sorry Natalie….hope you win the million…with your integrity intact.

Hmmm, Hong Kong '97? Was she an MA? I vaguely remember a Natalie, but I thought one a little younger. According to her bio she would have been 21 that summer.
I am a die hard Survivor fan and watch faithfully. I DVR the episode every week but I can't think of a Natalie on the show right now! But I'll watch for her now.

OK~ they finally showed some Natalie time this past week. You know how they do the little mini interviews with people where they're sitting in some bushes talking about everyone? Well I hadn't seen one for Natalie all season and she finally got some time this last episode - alot of time actually. I prefer not hearing anything from her. I know that 'reality' tv is edited and they can edit people to look anyway they want them to. But this chic was kind of crazy. My impression of her was a total bitch. I only use that word because that's how she referred to herself about 4 or 5 times. To quote her "I'm having more fun now and I feel like I can be more of myself now~ a stone cold cut throat bitch" She even went as far as to say that she is flossing her teeth with (guy players) jugulars. How creepy is that? I really hope she doesn't win the million. She just doesn't seem to be a very nice person. I won't get started on all of the bold faced lies she has told (to get those jugulars). Maybe it's just the way they are editing her to appear?
